Trailer 1995 or newer and 3001 lbs or more

If you just purchased your trailer and it's a 1995 or newer and weighs 3001 lbs. or more:

• The trailer needs to be titled in Maine so we need the original title (not a photocopy) of the trailer signed over to you
• Power of Attorney form
• A check for the registration fee and title fee made out to Countrywide Trailer Registrations.
